Whiteside router bits are manufactured by Whiteside Machine Company which was founded in 1970 as a general purpose machine shop in the basement of Bill & Bobbie Whiteside's home. Whiteside router bits are made in Western North Carolina near the furniture manufacturing town of Hickory.
