shaper cutters come in a complete line of T-Alloy® tipped (painted bright
yellow), and carbide tipped (painted orange) shapers. The T-Alloy® tipped
shaper cutters are designed for use on natural wood materials. One of
the most advanced cutting substances on the market today, T-Alloy® is
extremely durable to resist chipping, cracking and the corrosion caused
by wood acids. Carbide tipped shaper cutters are still unsurpassed when
it comes to working on man-made materials such as particle board, fiberboard
and plywood, however can also be used on natural wood. Freeborn shaper
cutters offer two bore sizes, choose from Mini-Pro which is 3/4" bore,
or the Pro-Line 1-1/4" both are 3 wing shaper cutters. The Freeborn Signature

The time tested orange colored Freeborn cutters offer a geometrically

 T-Alloy Tipped Cutters
Freeborn
offers a complete line of shaper cutters with T-Alloy tips, uniquely designed
for cutting natural woods (not to be used for man-made materials). T-Alloy
is one of the most advanced cutting materials on the market today. It
is extremely durable to better resist chipping and cracking, as well as
corrosion from wood acids. They can also be face-honed between sharpenings
for extra long life. T-Alloy cutters are painted bright yellow.
