How Do I find a Specific Item?
The main menu on the left side of the website lists our products. If you are looking for a dovetail router bit, select the Router Bits menu option, then click on Dovetail Bits to view our selection. The Shaper Cutters are broken down into bore size and tip material, each bore size and tip material option ha a list of profile cutters to choose from. Once an item is selected, you select the quantity you wish to order , and then select . If you are finished shopping, click the button in the top right corner of the website to purchase your items. If you wish to continue shopping, follow the instructions above to select your next item to view. If you have any questions regarding item selection, or checkout process, please contact us for assistance.

International Shipping
We have received many questions regarding international orders. We are happy to speak with you on this matter and help select the best priced and most efficient means of delivery for your order. For orders outside the U.S., please fill out our contact us form with the items you wish to order. We will contact you with shipping options and total order cost for your approval.

Do you make custom router bits and shaper cutters?
Infinity Tools does not yet offer the option for custom bit manufacturing, however the topic is open to future considerations. Regarding shaper cutters, custom profiles are available. Please contact us and a company representative will contact you as soon as possible.

How do I return an item?
Most products are returnable within 30 days. Returned products must be in unused condition with original packaging, accessories, and manuals. All returns must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please contact us for details. Return shipments must be made via traceable shipping method, such as UPS, or Confirmation Priority Mail. Please reference invoice numbers in all correspondence. In some cases, a 25% re-stocking fee may be applied. Unauthorized returns, if accepted, always incur this fee.

Customer is responsible for all return shipping unless prior arrangements are made. If Woodshed Tools, Inc is responsible for error in initial product shipping, make this known when obtaining the RMA via email, so reimbursement can be arranged.

How much is shipping?
Shipping rates are based on location and weight, and thus vary widely. Due to the variance in the sizes of our products and the size of our shipping area, costs vary widely.We charge shipping according the real shipping charge based the weight, and location of delivery. When placing your order an approximate shipping charge will appear on your order, this amount will be adjusted to the real shipping charges at the time your credit card is processed through Verisign.

When will I get my order?
Most items ship in 1 to 3 business days upon receipt of orders. Shipping dates are determined by many factors: order processing lead time, stock on-hand, drop-ship lead times, product availability, etc. Every effort is made to ship your order in the most timely manner possible. Some products are drop-shipped from suppliers who may require an additional 1 to 3 business days ship time. Shipment locations can vary widely and delivery times are affected accordingly. For example, shipments from Washington to the East Coast can add 5 business days to shipping times. Next day shipping options are available, but can only be arranged over the phone or via email.
